I am the Founder and CEO of H. Linwood Insurance Services, Inc., a California Corporation since January, 2010. My ultimate goal is to understand my clients business, assess their needs and find the appropriate insurance programs and packages to protect them from costly claims. I don't SELL insurance policies... I offer choices and deliver peace of mind. 

I have been working in the insurance world for over 20 years and I am a business insurance specialist. My clients trust me to find the right coverage for them and I take this seriously. I am a Broker (I work for YOU not the insurance company) and work with over 20 underwriters and over 400 carriers to find the right programs and coverage options for each of my clients. My client list is extensive and diverse and includes: professionals, construction trades, product design, IT companies, main-street businesses, artisans, restaurants, bars & taverns, hotels, salons, film productions, agriculture, engineering firms, manufacturing companies, sports teams, auto shops, non-profit's and more. 

Prior to the insurance arena, I was an executive in Los Angeles in the entertainment industry for over 13 years, and I obtained an MBA from UCLA to further my business knowledge.   I always wanted to make a difference and educate others.  Since being an insurance professional, my goal has been to assist business owners in recognizing their risks and help protect them by offering risk managment advice and comprehensive insurance packages.  

The insurance industry is actually very creative and dynamic. The market changes - and finding the right program and product for each client is fun, challenging and requires wearing many hats and using all types of resources. Some days, I am a detective, or a teacher, or a coach, an analyst and a cheerleader. All of my business savvy and people skills come into play daily. I truly love what I do and am grateful to be able to help each of my clients in unique ways.
